How a signal forms

Every arrow follows the same three steps, so you always know why it appeared.

Price sweeps liquidity

A new swing takes out an older high or low that other traders were resting orders behind.

The sweep is rated

The longer that old level held, the stronger the sweep. It earns a rating label on the chart.

A closing break confirms it

The arrow prints on a closed bar only. It never repaints and never disappears.

BOOM the swept level held for 60 minutes or more. Big glowing arrow. FIRE a solid sweep. Small arrow. OK a lighter sweep. Small diamond marker, so it never gets mistaken for an arrow.

Weak sweeps are still labelled on the chart so you can see them, but they never produce a signal.

1. About these policies

This page sets out the terms that apply to your use of this website, the InfinityAlgoX SMART indicator (the “Indicator”) and the services provided by PluraCore Infinity (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website, purchasing a licence or commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

2. Ownership and licence

InfinityAlgoX SMART is the property of InfinityAlgoX and is professionally developed by PluraCore Infinity. Purchasing the Indicator gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own trading. All rights that are not expressly granted are reserved. Ownership of any custom work is agreed in writing before that work begins.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

copy, share, redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense the Indicator or any file we deliver to you;
modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Indicator, or attempt to remove or bypass any licence protection;
present our products, branding or content as your own.

We may suspend or withdraw a licence if these terms are breached.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Please note that:

the Indicator and any Expert Advisor are analysis and automation tools, not financial advice or a recommendation to trade;
signals can be wrong, and no signal, rating or setup is guaranteed to produce a profit;
past performance, including any example shown on this website, does not indicate future results;
you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for testing any tool on a demo account before using real funds.

5. Custom indicators, Expert Advisors and websites

The scope, price and delivery of each custom project are confirmed in writing before work begins. We build to the agreed specification. You are responsible for providing accurate rules and content, for confirming that you hold the rights to any material you supply, and for reviewing and testing the finished work. An Expert Advisor carries out your rules automatically; it does not make a strategy profitable.

6. Privacy

When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and message. We use it to respond to you, provide support, and manage licences and projects. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to deliver our services, such as payment and email providers, or where the law requires it.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. Our social media links lead to third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies. We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email us at pluracoreinfinity@gmail.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. We do not control third-party platforms or services, including MetaTrader 5, brokers, data feeds, internet connections and push notification services, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these policies from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date above will change accordingly.

Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from PluraCore Infinity. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one. It does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. InfinityAlgoX SMART

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the Indicator does not work as described on this website and our support team has been unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time after you reported it. To help us resolve issues quickly, please include your MetaTrader 5 build number, the symbol and timeframe, and a screenshot.

A refund will not be available for:

trading losses, or results that differ from your expectations of performance;
problems caused by incorrect settings, unsupported platforms or broker data issues;
a licence that has been shared, resold or otherwise used in breach of our terms.

2. Custom indicators and Expert Advisors

Custom work begins once the written specification has been agreed. If you cancel before work begins, any deposit you have paid will be refunded in full. Once work has begun, you are responsible for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, and the deposit covers that work.

If the delivered build does not match the agreed specification, we will correct it at no extra cost. If we are unable to correct it, we will refund the portion of the fee for the work that was not delivered as specified. Once a build matching the specification has been accepted, it is not refundable.

3. Websites

The same approach applies to website projects. Deposits are fully refundable before design work begins. After that, fees are due for work completed. If the delivered website does not match the agreed scope, we will correct it at no extra cost, and refund the part of the fee for any work we are unable to deliver.

4. How to request a refund

Send your request through our contact page, choose “Complaint”, and include your name, the email used for the purchase, the date of purchase and a description of the problem. We will review every request and reply within 5 business days.

5. Payment of approved refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds.

6. Disputes

If you are unhappy with a payment or with our response, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so that we can try to resolve it directly.

Liquidity sweep detection

The core of the indicator: it finds the highs and lows that traders are resting orders behind, and shows you when price takes them.

Swing detection

Finds swing highs and lows using the number of bars to the left and right that you choose. The defaults are 5 and 2.

Live liquidity lines

Untouched swing highs and lows stay drawn and run forward until price takes them.

Break lines

When a new swing sweeps older liquidity, a dashed line marks the level that was taken, from where it formed to where it broke.

Strength ratings

Every sweep is rated BOOM, FIRE, OK or COLD by how long the swept level held, with the rating shown as a label on the chart.

Entry signals

A signal is drawn only after a sweep has been confirmed by a closing break, and only on a closed bar. It does not repaint.

BOOM: big glowing arrow

The strongest sweeps get a large glowing BUY or SELL arrow with a text label.

FIRE: small arrow

Solid sweeps get a smaller arrow, so they are easy to tell apart from BOOM.

OK: small diamond

Lighter sweeps get a small diamond marker. It is deliberately not an arrow, so you can see the difference at a glance.

Signal controls

Set how many bars to wait for confirmation, the minimum gap between signals and an optional daily limit. You can also switch FIRE or OK signals off.

Phone push notifications

Every BOOM, FIRE and OK signal can send a push to your phone naming the asset, BUY or SELL, the signal type, the entry price and the reasons it formed.

Popup alerts

The same message appears as an alert in MetaTrader 5 when a new signal prints on the latest closed bar.

London and New York windows

Shaded kill zones

The London and New York windows are drawn behind price, covering the session range, with a quiet colour for each and the session name in the corner.

Never overlapping

The windows are set by GMT hours and never overlap. The indicator works out your broker’s server time on its own, with a manual setting if you need it.

On-chart dashboard

A panel in the corner of the chart that answers the main questions at a glance.

Liquidity sweeps

Shows whether a low or a high has been swept today, the type and time, and a count of BOOM, FIRE, OK and other sweeps.

Signal

Shows whether a signal was generated today, and any setup that is still waiting for its confirming close, with the price it needs.

Directional bias

Combines today’s price against the daily open, the latest sweep and today’s signal into a BULLISH, BEARISH or NEUTRAL reading.

News events

Reads the MetaTrader 5 economic calendar and shows whether high-impact events are due today, with the next event and a countdown. You choose the currencies and the impact level.

Chart and settings

Clean chart theme

On loading, the indicator sets a clear candle colour scheme and hides the grid and tick volumes, so the signals stand out.

Adjustable settings

Swing sensitivity, line style and width, label on or off, the BOOM threshold, rating distance, arrow sizes, alerts, news filters and dashboard on or off.

The rating distance depends on the price scale of each symbol, so it is worth setting it for the instruments you trade.
